These steps will help you reconnect your phone with your band and fix almost any connectivity issue:
1. Charge your phone and the band to be at least 30% charged
2. Keep your band next to phone within range of 50cm during this process
3. On Phone - Delete the "City Fantom" app
4. On Phone - go to Settings -> Bluetooth. Tap on the information icon (i), on the right side of your band name "Fantom XXXX"
5. On Phone - Tap on "Forget This Device"
6. On Band - Do "Factory Restart"
7. On Phone - Turn OFF the Bluetooth, wait for 5 sec. and Turn ON Bluetooth again.
8. On Phone - Go to AppStore and download latest "City Fantom" app
9. On Phone - Install and Start the app
10. On Phone - On "Connection screen" Select your band name "Fantom XXXX" - Name you can see on the band screen. If your band is showing the white screen then on the phone choose "DFU XXXX" from the list.
11. On Phone - When you get a popup with a question to pair. Tap "Pair"
12. On Phone - You will then come to the Login screen where can log in with your Cityzen account credentials
13. After login accept notifications on the popup
14. That is all. You are all set up and ready to use the system.
